  1. Scope
    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded through our online shop between us, Huustier.ch, and our customers. By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

  1. Conclusion of Contract
    By listing the products in the online shop, we make a non-binding offer to purchase the items. The contract is concluded when you add the products to the shopping cart during the ordering process, click the "Buy Now" button, and receive a confirmation of your order from us via email.

  2. Prices and Shipping Costs
    All prices stated are final prices and do not include VAT, as our company is not subject to VAT. Additional shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

  3. Delivery Conditions
    The delivery time is generally 8-25 working days but may vary depending on the product and supplier. Any customs duties and import VAT are to be borne by the customer.

  4. Payment
    The following payment methods are available:

  1. Retention of Title
    The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

  2. Warranty and Guarantee
    No guarantee is explicitly provided for the products we offer. Any statutory warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This exclusion does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For used products, a reduced warranty period of one year applies, as far as legally permissible.

  3. Liability
    Any liability on our part is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This exclusion does not apply to damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part. In particular, we are not liable for simple negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

    All information regarding our handling of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

  5. Applicable Law
    Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

  6. Severability Clause
    Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain effective. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
