Shipping Partners & Delivery Times
We work with international suppliers to offer you a wide selection of products. The delivery time is usually 8–25 business days, depending on the specific product and shipping country. In exceptional cases, delays may occur.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value and delivery address. You will see the exact costs before completing your order.

Shipping Processing
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number (if available). Please note that tracking may take a few days to become active depending on the supplier.

Delivery & Delays
If your order has not arrived after 25 business days, please contact us at info@huustier.com so we can find a solution. In rare cases, longer delivery times may occur due to customs inspections or other external factors.

Customs & Import Fees
In Switzerland, shipments from abroad may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Complaints
If an unexpected issue arises with your order (e.g., damaged goods or incorrect delivery), please contact us immediately at huustier.ch@gmail.com. We will review your request individually in accordance with legal regulations.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless otherwise agreed in writing or if a legal claim exists. If you have accidentally placed an incorrect order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Value Added Tax (VAT)
This shop is not subject to VAT. All prices are final prices without VAT.
